I contacted this seller because my order has not arrived, and I was then informed for the first time that the product was actually shipping from overseas and that there was “nothing they can do.” When I placed the order, the seller’s page clearly stated in multiple locations that the product ships from Texas, which is also where we are located. At no point during the purchase process was it disclosed that the item would be manufactured and shipped internationally. The seller later responded with the following explanation, stating that the item was “made-to-order” overseas and shipped internationally. This directly contradicts the shipping information advertised on their listing. Additionally, the seller offered a refund only if I agreed to change or revise my review, which I do not believe is an appropriate or ethical.
