Great Abbey shirt for Halloween!

So when I placed the order, I looked up a couple of similar products and this one says they accept returns. This is a Halloween custom, I am willing to spend almost $40 on a single shirt with a reason! It says it would arrive on 10/29, and return acceptable. It arrived on 10/31 afternoons, complete missed my son’s school party. Then when I requested a return, they told me this is not a type of order accepting return and throw me a page I cannot find from my end. Anyways, you asked me understand small business, but at least be honest!
